Can we solve 19 big problems in 19 short hours?
In this unprecedented time of #socialdistancing, it’s more important than ever that we stick together, and work together. Community-wide problems call for community-based problem solving.
MJM is an experience design firm that crafts meaningful experiences, operational efficiencies and marketing communications for our clients. We would like to offer our strategic and problem-solving efforts to the wider community in free, one-hour brainstorming sessions. The goal is simple—we’d love to think with you about creative solutions to marketing challenges your business faces during this season.
Who is this for?
We’re offering these free Mend Join Make sessions to anyone in our community, in the hope that we can solve big problems together and move out of this season better than before.
Why do we call it Mend Join Make?
Besides making a great acronym (MJM) we also find meaning in that general pattern. Things in this world always need mending – with time and use all things wear down or break and need repair or a little love and care. We join together with others to do this mending. And as we join our perspectives with others, we find that together we make entirely new ideas, too.
Here’s the process:
Step 1. Fill out the form below and let us know what challenges you’d like help thinking through.
Step 2. Based on your situation, we’ll put together a handpicked team to brainstorm with you and send you a link to schedule a one-hour challenge strategy session over a video call. Before we meet, we will do some background research to try to understand your situation better.
Step 3. In that one-hour virtual session we will work to understand your situation clearly, explore some possible solutions, and make some recommendations based on our discussion.
Step 4. After our call, we will send you a summary document that outlines the ideas we explored during our conversation. At that point, you’re free to implement (or disregard!) those ideas however you choose.
