Our framework provides a standard set of tools, activities and documentation that we use to get the job done. This flexible framework is built to scale for any project or client. To some degree, every project we work on will go through the following four basic stages:
Discovery
Understanding the Problem
During the discovery phase, we’ll become more familiar with you, your audience and your communication needs. Our team will research and asks lots of questions to explore the lay of the land. As we do, we’ll develop perspective that informs our entire process, enabling us to produce work that aligns with business goals.
Planning
Synthesizing Learnings and Defining Outcomes
When we reach the planning phase, we’ll work with you to identify needs and challenges, establish goals and objectives and set broad strategy and actionable plans. This ensures that the work we do is intentionally focused and that we are all on the same page.
Ideation
Exploring and Casting a Vision
During the ideation phase, we’ll consider and explore the possibilities for your project. Informed by your goals and objectives, this exploration quickly narrows in on appropriate ideas with the greatest potential to succeed. We will refine these ideas into a concept and design direction, and cast a vision for how it will take shape. Together we’ll walk through these creative blueprints, explaining our rationale and integrating your feedback.
Execution
Prototyping and Evaluating
Finally, during the execution phase we’ll implement our planned approach and produce final design assets. Each project will go through a period of testing, analyzing and refining for quality before delivery or production, once again ensuring that the work aligns with goals and objectives.
