Celebrating Our Team

We love good people here at MJM, and it’s especially rewarding to see those people grow with us. It’s been a season of celebration as we share a leadership team update and welcome two new members to our team!

  • Courtney Davidson has been promoted to President. She is a Partner at the agency and previously served as Vice President of Operations & Account Service. Her quick insight, deep care for the team and clients, and excellent stewardship of the organization make her invaluable to the team.
  • Shannon Ehli has been promoted to VP of Strategy and Operations. She was previously Director of Nonprofit Accounts. Shannon is an excellent strategic thinker, sharing a wealth of knowledge for the benefit of clients and team members.
  • Abby Rogers is our Director of Account Services. An adept organizer and communicator, Abby ensures that complex client needs are met with tactical, meaningful solutions.
  • Brady Holm is our Creative Director. Brady fosters an environment of strategic creative thinking and shares his knowledge readily, ensuring the team develops thoughtful and impactful creative work.

We’re proud these individuals continue to find MJM a good place to grow. We’re also thrilled to welcome two new members to our robust team.

  • Brandon Henderson recently joined the team as an Account Executive. Brandon brings 10+ years of agency experience as both Project Lead and Production Manager to his role.
  • Rachel Spinks recently joined the team as an Account Manager. Rachel is a recent graduate of the University of South Dakota, and previously worked in the USD marketing department.

Brandon and Rachel both bring valuable perspectives as they settle in (and are discovering a major perk of the MJM office: the wealth of snacks that Bobbi keeps stocked in the break room!) We’re excited to create good work together.
